Need Mail Deleted for Faction Change

Hello everyone, if a GM happens to be on, I could use a mailbox-purging.
It would let me re-customize my character and change factions unless the mailbox is "empty"
which it clearly appears to be.

I believe in this case the mail simply hasn't arrived yet. I'd give it another check in oh - an hour.

This would appear to be a legitimate email - just very new. Remember it takes an hour to arrive between accounts.
