Scroll of Resurrection Issue

So I cast Scroll of Resurrection on somebody who hasn't played in like 10 months. It sends him the email just fine, the email says "Your friend has invited you to return to World of Warcraft for 10 days free! Just click here to accept!" So he clicks on where it says "here" and it takes him to a confirmation page.

The page says "Welcome back to World of Warcraft! There are a few things you need to know before you resurrect your account and receive your FREE 10 Days:" and then details some things.

Below all that stuff is a giant "CONFIRM" button. I click it, and nothing happens. The page just reloads. My account remains inactive. I don't get the 10 days. Nothing happens. The page just reloads.

Any ideas what the deal is?
