Accidentally deleted heirlooms

hello, i have a slight problem...i accidentally deleted some of my heirlooms, i think. i've had a ticket open for 2 days now with no response, figured i might try posting here.

basically what happened is that the plate BoA valor chest/shoulders and bloodied arcanite reaper were used on my alliance paladin that i made, i got it to around 70ish and it sat for a while. i think i then made a death knight and sent the heirlooms to it, but then decided i didn't like the name/race and deleted + remade it. i went to level the new death knight i made the other day and realized i couldn't find the heirlooms anywhere on my characters. also, i faction changed my paladin to horde last night, am i screwed?

the paladin was originally a human named Hearthas, as of last night it is now blood elf named Pookers

the death knight that i think got deleted with heirlooms in the mail was undead named Thefallenx, i deleted and remade a tauren dk named Fractures

so, BoA valor chest/shoulders/arcanite axe were on hearthas > sent to thefallenx > thefallenx deleted > remade thefallenx as different race named fractures > hearthas now faction changed to pookers

any help would be appreciated, i have a screenshot of my paladin when it was human wearing all 3 pieces if needed for proof.

What the person in EU received, Aborted, was assistance that was possible with their particular issue. Issues can appear similar but be very much different.

Now in your petition you didn't actually provide a name so it is possible that the Game Master couldn't find what they could only assume was the character you were referring to. When submitting a request for assistance it is best to use names/realms, etc... you may know what you are referring to but we don't.

Honestly looking at your first post it is difficult to follow the trail of characters that you mention. I assume the character you deleted and that you believe has the Bind on Account items is Thefallenx? An Undead Death Knight?

Please let me know if I have the wrong character, I'll take a look and see what I can find.
