Account Hacked, Gear Gone, Respond?

My character's name is Icecreamtruc, All pve gear on all characters as well as all of the gold on all of my characters, is gone. The PVP gear is left, because it couldn't be vendored.

You can contact me on 3 guys that i normally play on; Icecreamtruc, Ihaznohorns, or Iboughtgo. The tickets seem like they will take a while, I'm just trying to get noticed so i can quest with my friends, is that too much to ask?

Of course not, Icecreamtruc, but what is too much to ask is that your issue get moved ahead of others who are in a similar state. The best thing you can do is make sure your system and account is secure. Information on how to do that can be found in the following thread.

Beyond that, if you have submitted a petition it will be addressed as soon as possible. One of our Investigators will look into what happened and do what they can to repair the damage that may have occurred during the compromise.
