Rather... Odd... Guild Question

My main's guild is so big that we have the guild split up into two guilds - one is the main guild, for level 75+ members, and one is for our alts and friends who are lower than 75. Both are managed by the same GM.

There is a guild on my server, which I will not name, that according to their advertisement and their Message of the Day, claims that they have ownership of the levelling guild. This is not at all true and I'm afraid it could possibly tarnish our reputation.

Is this against the rules in any way? If it is, how do I report it and what do I say?

The comments may fall under harassing/defamatory, Trynitee, though we would likely only look at what is said in a public channel. If they are actively trying to give the impression that they somehow control this other guild feel free to report it. We'll look into the matter and take what actions are appropriate.
