Buying a RaF with ingame currency

I'm looking to buy the rocket from someone with gold. Is that against the ToS? I'm not going to give him the gold until I get the mount, we both agreed on that. Is there any way he can recall the mount and cancel his subscription and pretty much scam me? Thanks.

Please be aware, Satax, that exchanging a Recruit-A-Friend mount for in-game gold does qualify as exchanging an out of game service/currency (the Recruit-A-Friend benefits require an account to be paid for and upgraded) for an in-game benefit/currency. You will want to steer clear of any of these arrangements, as it is very likely coming from an untrustworthy party.
