Account 'hacked' & Restored; Missing 2 Items

Hello, I was informed this morning that my account was in use when I wasn't on. Just recently I got on to check what was restored/missing, et cetera (I don't understand why the person would put my gear into the bank, replace it with grays, get level 65 water over my Star's Sorrow, and farm BT...), and the only noticeable losses are my Paladin's (character I am posting on) Boots and Ring.

Boots were Taldaram's Soft Slippers (ilvl 251) and ring was Thrice Fanged Signet (ilvl 251).

I'll also be submitting an in-game ticket for assistance, but in the past the forums have gotten me a swifter response time than a 50 hour wait in-game. I'm hoping I can get these restored before tomorrow night's ICC25 raid, but I understand if the process takes longer due to investigation and verification.

Please note, I am doing scans and taking preventative measures for account (and everything else) security, and searching for the leak. Also ordering an authenticator (Never felt I'd be victim to this before, but I guess everyone feels that way until it happens).
