Faction Transferring Problem

I am currently trying to faction transfer my priest on Vek'nilash over to alliance but it says I have incoming mail. I have been waiting in game for about an hour and a half for mail and nothing has come so I am pretty sure this is a bug. Is there anyway you can help me out with this problem please. The toons name is Firecrautch.

Alright, Blaidina, the spam has been removed so you should be good to go.

Two things. If you are also going to transfer the character make sure you log the character into the realm completely before initiating the next service. That should allow the process to complete and avoid complications.

Two, please consider a name change while you are faction changing, your name... if reported may result in negative attention by a Game Master. :)
