Achievements Issues

I have been working on Mountain of Mounts for a very long time. When my mounts reached 90 they were still counting correctly; I got one more, it moved to 91 (I was excited, I took a screenshot), and the next day the count moved BACK to 90. I have tried to put in a ticket, it took 4-5 days to get a response and that was basically "too bad".

The other night my group completed the Share the Love achievement successfuly; none of us got the achievement awarded to us. The response took 3+ days to come and it was basically, "too bad".

Tonight, we completed another achievement, Volazj's Quick Demise and, again, we were not awarded the achievement.

I am working on these achievements to get 100 mounts; it's my own personal driving goal in this game. Tomorrow, after nearly 5 years of playing, I will have 100 mounts... but only 99 of them will count. The other achievements I'm working on to be able to finally reach the Mountain of Mounts achievement are not being awarded. How many weeks must I bang my head against a wall before these bugs will be looked after?

Actually, you were instructed to run the Repair tool that should have corrected any corrupted files you may have and also reset your User Interface to correct any display issues.

How many do you count now? I did a manual count of your mounts and see 98. It is possible I missed one but that is what the number looks like to me.

Our In-Game Support staff is able to collect information to forward onto our Quality Assurance Team in order to look into possible bug reports, Evangeleigh, but in most cases we are unable to assist with such issues. We are unable to simply grant an achievement such as this.

There is a different between being aware of these reports and looking into them, Evangeleigh, and verifying what is happening and being able to reproduce it. Only then can they really progress and work to implement a resolution to a possible bug.

I am sorry that you have not be able to receive these achievements when you attempted them, I hope you are able to get them in your next attempt.
