Well, I hadn't played World of Warcraft for about a good year, and a friend nudged me to play with a Scroll of Resurrection one day, so I went along with it and after opening my account management info, I found my account Disabled. I had no idea what that meant, so I checked it on Battle.net, and it listed me as banned, which made it obvious I was hacked after looking around. The thing is, I've never done anything at all to compromise my account. No phishing sites, no gold farming nonsense, I don't even really surf on questionable websites. But anyways, I went through the necessary steps to reclaim it, changed my password to a much stronger more complicated one, only to find out I couldn't use the Scroll of Resurrection now, so I just gave up on trying to play for now, figured I'd just wait until Cataclysm, but now I got another email a week or so later saying my account was locked due to suspicious activity while again, I was not even playing, nor did I have any game time. So I really don't know what to do at this point, other then to just give up on the game and not try to play at all. I don't want to end up buying game time only for it to be wasted. Is there anything I can do to resolve this? I have AVG virus scanner always updated and scheduled for daily scans, as well as my browser (Firefox) updated as well as Windows, and browse safely. I pretty much take all the precautions that I know of, so I'm at a loss.
Thanks for any help or advice in advance.
