Free Transfers Dentarg to Zuluhed not availab

Hello Customer Support,

My guild recently made the decision to transfer to Zuluhed. Several of the toons that were online at the time managed to get moved over, but the free transfer page is currenlty showing no eligable realm to ttransfer to for the rest of the guild that is trying to transfer over? I am seeking input on if this is a temporary shutdown or if free transfers have been filled allready? Thank you for your input.
