Unable to log onto character.

I had a character customization done last night, I waited 30+ minutes then logged on and did the change. All went well I played the character for the rest of the night and then logged off. Now when I try to play that character I get a message saying "you cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete."

I have checked my email and my account info online, I can not find anything else. I have done the changes and played and have been billed what else do I need to do or should have done?

Everything was fine with the Character Re-Customization, Corrosion, but it appears as though a Race Change failed to process successfully. Did you intend to purchase a Race Change?

Since it was an issue with the payment method used to process the Race Change, you may wish to use another credit or debit card to complete the transaction.
