Game Time Expires in 30 Min Notification

While playing in the Storm Peaks (Norgannon server) with my character Allika, a notification appeared on the screen stating "Your game play expires in 30 minutes." Nothing else, except the standard OK button.

Knowing that hackers can do things with the ok button, I exited the game without clicking on the button, and accessed my account.

The reason my game play cannot expire in 30 minutes is because I pay one month at the time, my account showed I payed 2 days ago, and the next bill isn't due till 7 October 3020.

Any help with this is appreciated. Just want to make sure it's a computer error and not a hacker with a new way of getting personal information.

We have received multiple reports of players receiving this message even though the account is active, Arlix. I can confirm this is an issue we are currently investigating and hope to have resolved soon.
