Transfer/Faction Change Question

If I transfer a toon currently pending a Faction Change as well, would that screw up the faction change, or would I simply be able to change factions on arrival, or whenever it becomes available anyways

You shouldn't be able to transfer a character that is pending a Faction Change and I wouldn't recommend doing so if you could. In order to properly complete a Faction Change the character needs to be logged into the realm. This makes sure all the I's are dotted and the T's crossed.
