Recruit a friend Mount Reward Issue!

I recruited my friend back in June and he signed up for a 3 month subscription and I still have not received my mount even though it's into the 2nd month of his subscription. I did receive the 1 month free after he started the first month of his subscription back in late July.

I checked on the Recruit-A-Friend issue for you, Indriani. It appears as though your recruit in turn recruited someone else. Since your friend received the 1-month referral reward from his recruit, you are unable to claim the mount until he is billed for a second time. Unfortunately, it appears he signed up for a monthly subscription and not the 3-month subscription as you believed.

He has since removed his payment method from the account so no further billing will occur. He will need to pay for at least 1 more month of game time for you to be able to claim the mount.

Your recruit is scheduled to bill for the 2nd month on 9/10/10. When the payment is charged successfully, you will then be able to claim the mount.
