Brazilian Zip Code - Error

I would like to activate my account for LK expansion, but when I make the direct upgrade appears the following
error:

Enter the Brazilian postal code (exactly five digits, including leading zeroes, without spaces or dashes)

OK!

I type in the ZIP CODE in the following format xxxxxxxx and another error appears:

Transaction unsuccessful. If you are sure
the credit card number was entered Correctly,
please contact Billing & Account Services
further queries for assistance.

How should I proceed?

Unfortunately, Arkenea, Brazil falls outside of our supported regions, which is likely why you are experiencing an issue with the transaction. My best recommendation is to contact our Billing and Account Services department for assistance. They may be able to help with the upgrade via phone.
