Help! Disconnection, unknown NPCS AH!

Hey, I have a massive problem i'm sure that many players in the past have experienced. I havent played for over 6 months so I dont know what to do.

I log on, everything is fine, enter the world with my character, then when it loads, all NPCs and other characters have the name "Unknown", All my items cant be used, you hover over them and the writing is red, and I cant use any spells, and then around 30-45 seconds later, it logs out.

I do not know what to do!

Please help!

While this type of request belongs in the Technical Support Forum, Bastioniel, I did a little digging and found a Knowledge Base article that may help with your issue:
