My account is being hacked

My account is currently being hacked and my priest on laughing skull (Hawtjkpnad) is being xfer'd I dont know where, I also log into my account on worldofwarcraft.com and it doesn't even say where it is being xfer'd or if it is being xfer'd but this message keeps coming up saying "You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete" please stop what ever is going on I did not do this


I can't log in or anything I havent logged out because I dont want to the transfer to go through

I don't currently see any illicit transactions at the moment on your account, but it is possible the information hasn't updated yet on my end. Regarding the transfer, you may also consider contacting our Billing Department to reverse the action before it completes.

I'm afraid I am unable to cancel such transactions myself - only a Billing & Account Services representative would be able to do so.
