I understand you are frustrated, Maxina, but I may be able to provide some assistance here.
Q u o t e:
Can i get some kind of ban going for my two accounts -- or a password reset.. or something...
First of all, at this time I do not see anyone playing on any one of the accounts linked to the Battle.net account.
Secondly, I do not show either account being accessed by a malicious party.
What I do see is the accounts being reported as compromised through an in-game ticket. As such, the password was reset, from the looks of things, twice by Blizzard, twice by you. If the password reset emails are not appearing in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

But frankly, I'm fed up with their lack of security (or ability to impart it to the game on my end). This is probably the 4th time ive been hacked over the past 4 years or so (been playing since 1.5).
Security is not lacking on our end. Our servers and databases have not been compromised. If this was the case we would see compromises on a much grander scale. We can provide our players the information necessary to prevent these occurrences from happening, but it is up to them if they wish to follow it. As the old saying goes, “You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink.”
As it appears you have experienced several compromises since you began playing the game, I would highly recommend an authenticator. You can either purchase this item through the online store, or if you have a compatible mobile device you can download the application for free (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Android) or a minimal fee depending on your cell phone service provider and phone type. Information is as follows:

perhaps, make gold transfers person to person only.
Limit the amount of gold transferred at one time and have a cool down (people make purchases and want their gold immediately... I suspect the demand for purchased gold will go down if they can't get as much as they want, instantly).
These are just two ideas off the top of my head. Im sure they could come up with something better with less impact on the game itself. Will people cry bloody-murder if they cant send 5k gold to their alts? Probably, but then make the cooldown between accounts.. Who knows -- there has to be a way to remove the incentive. Just a little though could go a long way.
You may wish to post this idea on the
