Hey I need help, I have been stuck for awhile now, and it says my character is online and when I log onto her she can move around just fine and i can talk to people but I cant see anyone or anything. My other characters work just fine though. I can't log out or do anything for that matter and its only her :( I just leveled her high enough to go to Northrend, and then right after that I get stuck :( Me and my husband tried to do the cache and wtf folder thing to see if it would help but it did nothing. Halpppp pleasee, I have a ticket in and I know you guys are busy but I wannaaa playy lol

I'd first try a full reset UI. If there are any conflicts, that can normally resolve them.

If that doesn't seem to help, please do let us know.

To do a full reset UI, you will want to save your addons in another spot if you wish to preserve them.

Then rename/delete or move your WTF, Cache and Interface folders while WoW is shutdown. Reboot your system.

Note, if you are running Vista make sure your permissions are set so it does not undo your changes.

Are you certain you did the complete procedure? Above you only mention 2 folders, there are actually 3 involved in this process.

Another thing you can try is running repair tool - that's in your WoW directory. If there is any file corruption that should find it.

Yeah he did cache, wtf, and another one I dont remember, my husband looked up to see if someone else had the problem and did what another GM told them to do, and he did the repair tool also, its the thing in the world of warcraft folder that has the wrench on it right? Because if so we did that one. We actually just removed all the addons as well to see if that did anything and it didn't. Then after that he put in a ticket for it. I just restarted my computer again and just did what you told me to do again to make sure and logged onto my main character and it still says im online. :( And now its super laggy in dal

Actually if a full reset UI is done properly there should BE no addons until you reinstall them :)

I do see you have a petition open, please do leave that so one of our Game Masters can work with you more closely.
