i sent an email to billing and still havent gotten word back. and now i find my account has been reactivated still with no word from you dudes. even my questions about authenticators have been ignored
*i say ignored because its been several days now*
so im basicly saying screw email and posting here
i just want to know where and how i can buy an authenticator?, how to put a stop payment on my account for future refrence?, will my items will be returned?, will my guilds items be returned?
EDIT: i just got word from my guild forums that one of my charactwers has been active in stormpeaks farming all day now. and i just tripple checked my email folders *yes that includes the spam folder* and i never got any confermation from <random gm word>@Blizzard.com about any of this
