Hacked Account

my account was comprimised several days ago, i never got an email telling me about any password changes or character transfers but when i went to log in sure enough i was told my account was suspended.
i sent an email to billing and still havent gotten word back. and now i find my account has been reactivated still with no word from you dudes. even my questions about authenticators have been ignored
*i say ignored because its been several days now*
so im basicly saying screw email and posting here

i just want to know where and how i can buy an authenticator?, how to put a stop payment on my account for future refrence?, will my items will be returned?, will my guilds items be returned?

EDIT: i just got word from my guild forums that one of my charactwers has been active in stormpeaks farming all day now. and i just tripple checked my email folders *yes that includes the spam folder* and i never got any confermation from <random gm word>@Blizzard.com about any of this

I'd say the chances your email itself is compromised is fairly high.

Since it looks like they still have access, I've asked this be locked down for you. You were sent emails, if you didn't receive them, that's probably a sign the compromiser deleted them - or they could have been caught by your spam filter.

Here is what needs to happen. First, you need to make absolutely certain your system is secure. Also, you need to make sure your email is secure (and not forwarded) - or just change it completely from a known secure system.

The advantage of changing your email on Battle.net is it essentially changes your account name.

Now, an authenticator is an excellent addition, those are available through our store in a physical keyfob model as well as a mobile apps if you have one of the supported device.

Once you are certain you are secure - you need to fill out this webform for us.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
