I understand that, Skillzero, but you really have two options in these cases. Either I do not post again until I have an actual update or I post periodically simply so I may reassure folks that the matter is still being looked into and that it remains a priority.
I do not believe in posting every 15 minutes when there is nothing new to add but it had been 2 hours since I made the original post so I believed it important to give what update I could, even if it is more of a non-update. :)
As something a bit more substantial it does appear that they may have determined what the issue may be and are working on a resolution. I haven't received anything official thus far but from the back and forth that I have access to it seems to be coming together.
