A friend of mine was out of the country for a period of approximately two years (on a mission for the lds church) during this time his younger brother took over his wow account (not with permission or anything) now that he has come home he has discovered that his brother merged the wow account to the battle net account of the younger brother. his name is still tied to the original account while his real id shows as his brother. is there anyway to correct this?

The owner of the account can call Billing and Account services to have this corrected here:
    Account Services
    Assists with: billing issues, password recovery, paid services, subscriptions, payment issues, account management, etc
