Mail Problem

Hello, My account was recently hacked, due to me open and signing up for the Cataclysm Beta. I opened a Ticket and it was met with swift action from a GM. I received and email stating everything was restored to my account, Gear, money all of it. But nothing was in the mail.....

The ticket stayed open, and a GM talked to me stating he could see my mail in my box, but I coudln't, I reset my UI per his instructions, and still didn't. My Ticket is still open, and I have been elevated to tech support. Any Ideason what is going on?

I went ahead and purcased the authenticator today, btw this has all happed within a 24 hour span> The hack, password reset, email restore, GM confirm of Restore, Game Master Confirm on ticket, Elevation of Ticket by the GM.

Aye, this is sometimes a side-effect of other things they've done while on your account - but the mail IS there.

If you still can't see this the next time you log in, please do let us know.
