Cataclysm PTR?

So I saw a thread over on mmo-champ about the PTR having a cataclysm version on it, with character copy open.

Now, I would love to be able to hop in once this opens, but I have a problem downloading the PTR client. My schools network has P2P file transfer disabled (torrenting pirates blah blah). Is there any other way to get the client? Or am i just outta luck til I can get some discs?
