I need a customer service rep to tell me how this happened....

I tried to call the phone number, but it kicks me out saying the phone que is full so here I am...

I went to log into my Battle.net account typed in my password, authenticator and all of the sudden I am logged into some other guys account, I can see his name, address, all of his games everything, but when I click on character transfer all of my characters are there to transfer... this is kinda wierd...

I even logged out and tried again and it's logging me in as someone else name, I can log into the actual game just fine and use my authenticator, but if I am able to log into other people's accounts on accident and access their information... how many people have done this to me... doesn't seem real safe...

What needs to be done?

P.S Also, I can see his world of warcraft account name in here, with my account name, my beta, his starcraft.. it's like our accounts we're merged together.

I do admit this is indeed odd, Stârbelle. I have not heard of this happening personally.

Were you logging into Account Management at the time or into the game? You may want to clear your cache and temporary internet files in your browser as a security measure.

You can also view any account name that has logged into the game client from that particular computer by accessing the following path: C: drive > World of Warcraft > WTF > Account. You can delete any World of Warcraft account that does not look familiar or you can delete the Cache and WTF folder entirely (the folders will appear again when you log into the game).

Lastly, it may not be a bad idea to thoroughly scan your computer looking for malicious software just to be on the safe side.

To save you a phone call, I reviewed the account and do not see an additional World of Warcraft account or a StarCraft II license either. You are good to go on this end.
