[Bug] Fiasco Sizzlegrin Stuck under Nespirah

like the title says, Fiasco Sizzlegrin is stuck under Nespirah's tentacle in the Shimmering Expanse. You can't get to his quest and thus get stuck and can't move on to the further quests.
