Shadow Priest 12942 Bugs

After some extensive testing here are the Shadow Priest related bugs I've found:

1) Mind Flay Glyph is buggy when you also have Twisted Faith. Rather than boosting damage by 10% (when SW:P is active compared to when SW:P is not active) it boosts it by 14%.

2) Mind Flay's tool-tip damage shows the incorrect amount when you have 4pc T10. It scales down the total damage in the ratio 2.49/3.0.

3) Mind Flay's tool-tip damage isn't updated to show to effects of SW:P on the target if you have the Mind Flay Glyph.

4) Mind Flay can still clip itself. i.e. in terms of recasting it doesn't have the same clip protection that DoTs do.

5) All the DoT tool-tips show the incorrect amount of total damage when you would have gained more ticks from haste. They only show the total amount of damage the base number of ticks would do.
i.e. If your SW: P actually ticks 7 times rather than 6 (due to haste) it would still only show how much 6 ticks would do. Also it only shows the base duration even if it's different thanks to haste.

6) Shadow Word: Death's tool-tip doesn't update when the target is sub 25% health and you have 2/2 Mind Melt. It does the extra damage but the tool-tip doesn't reflect that.

7) Shadow Word: Death glyph still gives the +10% SW: D damage to low health targets (in addition to resetting the cooldown).

8) Spirit Tap glyph doesn't do anything.

9) Devouring Plague and Improved Devouring Plague do not benefit at all from Evangelism. They do benefit from Archangel, but not Evangelism.

10) Improved Devouring Plague calculates its damage based upon exactly 8 ticks of Devouring Plague even if your Devouring Plague ticks more than 8 times due to haste.

11) Dark Archangel is only giving 2% damage per stack damage not 3%. The buff tool-tip also says 2% per stack but the talent tool-tip and the spell tool-tip say 3% per stack.

12) The first hit of a Shadowfiend can sometimes not be for the correct amount as it hasn't yet received its full amount of spell power (or health or mana).

13) The actual damage of Shadowy Apparitions bares little relation to the tool-tip amount.
a) The tool-tip amount scales with Shadow Power, Shadowform, Archangel, Twisted Faith and Twin Discipline, however the actual Shadowy Apparitons ignore all of them in terms of the damage they do.
b) The spell power scaling in practice is 1.5/3.5 however the tool-tip amount is significantly lower than this.

Notes: In general this is far less buggy than it was back in Alpha (which is obviously a good thing heh) and to be honest I'm pretty happy with the Shadow specs for high level characters (I still think lower level characters will have mana issues). (Other than the needed balancing passes all classes will have).
