I have been hacked 3 times in a month

The first one Blizzard restored everything in 5 days, hacker were able to strip three servers 20+ characters in less than an hour

* I downloaded two additional security programs, and swept the desktop repeatedly for a day including using my existing.

chgd password
deleted addons
and didnt click a single site besides the Blizzard website

The second time Blizzard caught them before they got more than 3 characters in 12 minutes.

Blizzard restored most items and all gold in 20 minutes.

I then hired a technician who came to my home and swept the desktop for an hour ($100.00).

(nothing found)

Went online bought the Authenticator (in mail)
changed password
reinventoried all my characters and gear and turned the system off.

three days later hacked AGAIN !!

This time Blizzard didnt catch them at all, they stripped my entire account.


I'm open to suggestions or ridicule or anything at this point. I have no clue wtf is going on.

This suggestion is my greatest inclination, Nosveratu. You may want to create an entirely new and separate e-mail address that is used solely for your Battle.net account, and be sure to pick a name and password combination that is *nothing* like what you may have used in the past.

Many of those who would compromise your account are likely to do so through your e-mail address. When they do so, they also have a tendency to try using the same user name and password across many accounts - your e-mail, perhaps other games you've signed up for, etc. By keeping these as separate as possible, you can add an extra layer of security. =)
