Server Transfer Bug? Losing Stats?

When my friend transferred servers, his buffed health went from 53k to 48k. All his gear matches his old wowarmory and his spec is the same, too. What would cause this?

You may want to have your friend open an in game ticket. Our game masters can take a look and see if there are any items missing.
