Trial Restrictions STILL not lifted

This is my story - I got a trial account for World of Warcraft through the Recruit a Friend program, and the same day, I purchased the game electronically. This Electronic Purchase took place on 8/22, and STILL I cannot invite players to the party, talk in chats, open my mailbox or even trade. I've spent my money and am not getting the value. I have sent tickets to GMs in game and they all tell me that I have to wait "72 hours for trial restrictions to be lifted" where as I'm waiting 18 days for it to be lifted. I feel completely ripped off in the fact that I don't have a whole hour to wait on the line for Billing Support. Calling them ASAP, but I just want to know if anyone else is experiencing bad customer support/service, or if anyone knows a solution.

I see that you were able to contact our billing and account services. Can you let me know if you are still experiencing this issue? Thanks!
