so just because I am a resident of Connecticut i cannot take part in the tournament? that makes no sense at all does Blizzard have a reason why several states were chosen as ineligible? That's pretty lame.

Residents of various states, including Connecticut, are unable to participate in the Arena Tournament due to restrictions set in place through the state, Goliathsmom.

If you would like to see this changed for future tournaments, you may wish to contact your state legislative officials.
