My problem was I got lied into an ICC raid and got saved to just trash. I put in a ticket asking if I could get un-saved. I understand blizz's policy and how even that "Are you sure you want to be saved" option is there, but as I said I was lied to and didn't know I was going to get saved to just a trash pull.
It was not my fault really that I got saved and I understand it was not blizzards fault either, but at least a response to my ticket saying "Sorry there's nothing we can do" would have been great. To show blizzard at least gave a care and took the time to say something. Not just avoid my ticket until reset.
Once again two friends I've recruited to the game have decided to just end their account and I can't blame them. I quit encouraging people to play. I'll keep playing until I get bored, which is happening rapidly, but I can't get any friends to keep playing which in turns keeps making it boring for me because lord knows I enjoy talking to random unknowns all day but it would be nice to have real friends to play with and since all I can tell them is "Yeah this game gets boring quick now and nothings a challenge" and now add to that "Pray you don't need help you'll be ignored until it's too late anyway".
Weird how all it takes is a simple one line sentence "We're sorry you were saved to a non-progressive raid but due to Blizzards policies we can not reverse the lock out for your character."
One response in 5 days and I wouldn't be here venting in forums because I was just simply ignored.
