Bothersome mail problem. Please help

Hello, I've had this issue before with the "ghost mail" from spam mail that gets reported by others.

I was looking to transfer my character Jibbslol on Zuluhed to Executus. So could a Blue please purge my mailbox as soon as possible? I'd very much appreciate it.

Hi Jibbslol,

After looking into your issue, the mail itself appears to be items from the Auction House. It's possible that a UI issue is preventing you from seeing the items.

Are you using add-ons and have you tried disabling or temporarily removing them?
