Recently, when I reported a person for extreme profanity, insults, and cursing I noticed a trend with GM. While I play in one realm, during a random dungeon, the toon I reported was in a different realm. What I did was log onto the other realm and reported it as "Profanity, Insults, Harrassment" in the header like area.

The ticket was answered really quick. While in my own realm, a similar incidence happened again with a user in random dungeon cursing, insulting, and using profanity. I opened a ticket on my realm and it is still open. So it brings me to a question about GM.

Is the GM dept centralized, broken up by realm, does population play a role, and/or GM assigned to a specific realms may be more proficient than others?

Thank you for your input.

As stated above, Lädysinai, Game Masters generally pull from the top of the list down, taking petitions in a first come first serve method. There are a few exceptions to this rule, in that we give certain issues-such as body spam, real life threats, and a few other critical issues-a higher priority; providing a response a bit sooner than you could expect to get a typical petition answered.

Queue times can vary greatly depending on when it was you tried to contact us. It may be that your later petition is simply caught with a longer wait time.
