Parental controls

When i go to manage my account to activate real ID it says i have parental controls set when i know i never set any. I put my email in and still no emails. If anyone can help that would be great thank you in advance.

After looking into the account, it appears parental controls were activated at some point. You will need to contact our billing and account services team to discuss any changes you would like to make.

Account Services
