Need help

I do not believe the Game Masters will be able to “reset” the quest line for you, Dewdrinker. I looked at the ticket you submitted, and it appears as though you are requesting a game hint. You may wish to take a look at the Quest Discussion Forum or restate what you need help with here concerning the quest and our fellow players may be able to help.

I am sorry you feel you have waited too long for your ticket to be answered. Keep in mind queue times do vary from time to time and all tickets are addressed in the order received.
