I can't hit /roll on items in raids. Also I can't emote or do other / commands. Please help.

You are unable to do those commands, Jambii, or you are unable to see the results in your chat window?

Try typing /resetchat while in game first and if that does not work follow Flatspriest's advice and try resetting your User Interface.
