"Your play time expires in 20mins"

I'm logged into World of Warcraft right now, and I've received this pop up that my play time will be expiring in 20mins, yet my subscription payment went through two days ago, that it is active and I will be billed again on December 1st.
Is this normal, that my new subscription will bounce in as soon as this time was up, and I have nothing to worry about, or did something go wrong? I would have assumed since my past subscription had ended on the 1st, and I've already been billed I would have been fine and I'd be on the new 4 month sub.

We've been receiving the occasional report about this message continually being received even after the subscription has processed. I might be able to refresh the information so it stops, Kalliste, but you need to be logged out of the game completely for me to do so.

Please let me know when you are logged out.
