Email address instead of tickets

Forgot if I can send an email instead of opening an in game ticket. I have about 20 bots from yesterday I could not report since I ran out of room on my ticket space. Can I send an email instead that will actually be reviewed?

These bots auto queue and afk at starting zones.

Auto mount, auto dismount again and again.

Auto cast a spell sitting at the starting zone and once that spell completes auto casts again.

Jumps in place at the starting zones.

Follows a scripted path to a set position where there is normally pvp activity to dodge the report function.

How do you know it's a scripted path? You can actually put flares along the path and at the exact moment the bot will stop to change angles then move again. It never deviates from this and does it perfectly everytime.

You are able to report this information through email, Kaboom, although bot reports are best reported in game.

If you send an email, be sure to include the time frame in which you witnessed these actions, the name of the player(s), the action being performed, and any other relevant information.

Please send this email to our Game Master staff: [email protected].

Thanks for the report!
