Character update process

My cousin had my Mage on his account and i got him to transfer it over to me which wasn't a problem, but after 3 days playing my mage on my account i then wasn't able to play her. I would log in then i would click her and try enter world but it came up with a message saying " you cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete".

I then checked my emails and found one email from blizzard but i clicked a link to sort it out and it was dodgy. Can you tell me what is happening

Can you give me a character name/realm on the account in question?

Edit: Actually, never mind, I found it :)

This was locked, you'll need to contact Billing to discuss this one I'm afraid.
