Well, you could start by fixing your caps key - it appears to be stuck :)

See if your brother can reset his password and log in, that would knock them offline.

Can you give me a character name/realm on the account under attack?

Names.....breathe.....count to 3....I need to find the account before I can look at it.

Character name/realm on the account is plenty.

Q u o t e:
oh also it seem like i cant get to my battle.net in game. to see friends online wth there email

Ok, here is the deal - they are into that email account.

They added an authenticator. To do that they HAVE to have access to that email.

This has been reported - and I asked it be locked down.

It is vital to make certain his system is secure - we already know his email is compromised.

After he is certain his email is secure - he needs to work on securing his email - also check to make sure it's not been forwarded. Better yet, set up another entirely unrelated email and change the email on Battle.net - that essentially changes the account name.

Normally we send an email with unlocking instructions, but it's pretty simple. Go over the information in this link - then visit our webform to ask this be unlocked once you are POSITIVE everything has been secured. Unlocking it before that will just let them right back in.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

Once he is certain of his security - he can use this webform to ask this be unlocked.

Q u o t e:
will he beable to get his account back once he creates a new email? also since he cant log on his battle.net is it possible to get his account back? also i like to say thank you. sorry for the capps

This can all be addressed, but security has to be priority number one.

It makes no difference what is done - if they get right back in.

Read over what I posted above, Acanessa.

Nearly everything a compromised player will need to know is in that link.

The bottom link is to a form to certify his system is secure and it's safe to unlock. Once received, that can take a bit to process, but they normally get to them fairly fast.
