to a Burning Crusade account? same name etc. but my brother tried the same thing a while ago with a 60 onto a vanilla account and couldn't.

Need some answers, sorry if this is the wrong forum.

Expansion wise - you can go between accounts upgraded to the same level - or higher, but not backwards.
