Rocket Mount Scam? Am I getting banned?

I saw a post in trade for someone selling the X_53 rocket on two separate occasions, and decided to take a shot thinking in 3 months if this guy keeps his word, I'll take the rocket and mail him the gold. Turns out after digging on the forums, it is a scam where they use stolen credit cards to pay for accounts?

Now I am worried that my account risks getting banned because I sent a recruit-a-friend email to someone in trade.. =/ Should I be worried and create a new account to xfer my toons to before the ban hammer comes? Does blue have anything to suggest for my mistake?
