Hellscream's Warcry - Need Help.

I know this has been gone over time and time again. We are currently in a raid group with 6/12 down, and we went to summon someone and no one says they talked to Hellscream and our buff has been turned off. We have waited 5 minutes and gone back in with everyone outside of the instance adn still nothing has reset. We have even broken raid and reformed with no results. Any help with this problem is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If someone has turned off the buff, Siornaii, your group will need to perform a soft reset. This takes a bit longer than 5 minutes, unfortunately.

Unfortunately the Game Master department is usually unable to assist directly to resolve such issues.

To perform a soft reset, follow these steps:

-Have the entire party/raid exit the instance.
(Please note that players who remain inside the instance, even those who are logged out, will prevent this workaround from functioning as it should)
-Wait at least 30 minutes while every raid member remains outside of the instance.
-Re-enter the instance only after 30 minutes have elapsed.

When you re-enter the instance after completing the soft reset, all scripted events that your raid has not yet completed should now be reset and you should be able to continue raiding where you left off.
