No Alterac?

Which character are you experiencing this trouble with, Gudge?

Queue times for battlegrounds vary widely per bracket and can be affected by many factors. Level 80's queue for Alterac fairly frequently, but those between 70-79 don't seem to quite as much (likely because leveling in Dungeons are sometimes preferred over battlegrounds around those levels).

This can also vary widely per battlegroup - so you may experience a different queue time for Alterac if you are part of Reckoning than Ruin if one battleground is more popular than another.

Bear in mind the above are purely randomized examples. ;)

Ah, I definitely suspect it's because of fewer people queuing in that bracket. Odds are the rare one popped just prior to you entering your queue, which would result in the slightly skewed average wait time.
