Authenicator Issue

So last night I tried getting iOS 4 for my iPod touch. Due to some problems, my iPod is now stuck in the "connect to iTunes" mode, and all my apps are gone. Including the autenticator.

I am on hold with Blizzard Billing and Account Services right now to get the authenticator removed from my account, but I heard they need a Photo ID and stuff like that...
I'm 15, I don't really have that. Will they still help me?

You are correct, in order to remove an authenticator over the phone you will need to first fully verify the account and provide either the current mobile authenticator serial number or the classic WoW CD Key.
