Is my ticket bugged?

I've had a ticket in for about three days. I'm wondering if it might be bugged. I had reported a player for saying something threatening towards another player. It says the ticket has been escalated. So should I do a UI reset or just wait?

Your issue is still in queue, Laral, though I do understand the frustration with our queues being as long as they currently are.
