Troll cata quest bugged

On Mug'thol, the event is bugged at the burnt village. The NPC that normally runs away is stuck in combat immune to damage. Has been stuck almost an hour. Looking for some help to get him reset and getting the quest going.

We are aware of these issues, Kenkie, and the matter is being investigated in a hope to implement a permanent resolution. In the meantime, if you experience an issue with the event please submit an in-game petition. We have staff that is keeping an eye out for such issues and will work to address yours as quickly as possible.
