Be careful while trading

Apparently gold selling companies have found a dupe and are moving mounts across all servers to create gold. If you get one of these items, they will be deleted and you will not be reimbursed due to their screw-you-over policy. Be careful who you trade with.

Do not trade with low levels unless they are from well respected traders(progenesis). Also know the history behind the item, if it was traded more than once, yet it originated from one of these companies, it will still be removed.

You were warned. I was just screwed over big time(lost 5 crimson deathchargers).

DIABLO 2 all over again, YAY!

Vandoom, you seem to be under a bit of a false impression. It is not currently possible to dupe items or gold. Though I will say that there have been some exploits that seemed to do just that these were fairly complicated and quickly resolved.

As for receiving "stolen property" or otherwise illegitimately acquired items, our goal is to remove and return such items and when possible refund the paid price, if the trade was found to be otherwise legitimate.

It should be noted that you received a hefty sum of gold back for what legitimate trade scams could be verified.

Your current petition, will likely not result in the contact you want, Vandoom. Those responsible for investigating these types of issues do not usually do initial contact nor will they be able to discuss their methods and the outcome.
